Sparrow and the Workshop release Spitting Daggers

The multi-cultural three-piece Sparrow and the Workshop will be releasing their second, full length album, Spitting Daggers on May 23 through Distiller Records. The first single Snakes in the Grass will be simultaneously released with the album and the video can be seen below.

The Glasgow based band features Belfast-born and Chicago-raised Jill O’Sullivan on vocals and acoustic guitar, Nick Packer (guitar, bass) from Wales and Scotsman Gregor Donaldson on vocals and drums. Spitting Daggers was written between tours toward the end of 2010 and a headlining tour starts 12 May and finishes with an appearance at Cambridge’s Secret Garden Party.
