Review of The Chariot, Music Of A Grateful Heart

The latest single from The Chariot, Music Of A Grateful Heart is out now and is taken from their current album, Long Live on Good Fight Music.

Music Of A Grateful Heart kicks off in true Chariot style. Full-on and in your face, this band are unrelenting in their compositions and their tonal changes spin the mood quicker than Limp Bizkit’s DJ Lethal spun his decks back in 2002. The song rides to the end and slows in pace but the intensity does not. Constantly building to an agonizing suspense right to the final second.

So that is the song and here is the confusing bit. Music Of A Grateful Heart is a previous unreleased track from 2010’s Long Live. The single will be available on a limited edition 7″ and will feature the main single plus an extended and alternate version of the album track, The Audience but it is titled Graciously.

With only 1,000 copies made, the limited edition record comes in four different colours with 250 made of each colour and will be available to buy in different ways:

  1. Exclusively on official tour dates,
  2. Official pre-order with a limited time bundle package,
  3. Through Hot Topic and
  4. Selected local music retail stores.
