Thrash band, Gama Bomb have confirmed a string of UK dates which start on May 8, London. This will be the last tour in support of their current album, Tales From The Grave In Space.
Vocalist Philly Byrne says, “Once we’ve struck the last chord of this tour, we’ll be retreating to Ireland to begin really digging into work on writing our new, as-yet untitled album. We’ve already written some bits and pieces and are looking forward to taking it to some demented new places, and are certain it’s going to be a radical step in a new direction for us – while still being totally thrash, totally blistering and totally Gama Bomb.”
The Tales album can be downloaded for free and their debut, Citizen Brain can be purchased from the Earache website.
“The last year has been amazing, making a bit of music history; touring the US for the first time; drinking many exotic drinks.” Byrne reflects on the last year, “This experience has given us a taste for adventure that’s going to come across on our new material. Before then, however, we invite all UK Gama Bomb fans to join us in raising a glass to send off Tales in style.”
